1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by bb8ph (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the bb8ph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bb8ph. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. bb8ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the Platform or by email to your registered address.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bb8ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a resident or physical presence in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not been excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion program, court order, or regulatory directive.
• You are of sound mind and are not gambling as a result of compulsion, coercion, or psychological disorder affecting your judgment.

bb8ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) bb8ph account. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances, including any winnings, being forfeited without recourse.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information updated. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb8ph login credentials (username/email and password). You agree to:

• Not share your bb8ph login credentials with any other person.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Notify bb8ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure you log out from your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

bb8ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bb8ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. bb8ph reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

By initiating a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• The funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the registered account holder of the payment method used.
• The deposit does not violate any applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws or regulations.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bb8ph account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bb8ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and are subject to change. bb8ph is not liable for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bb8ph may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to registered players from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which shall be made available at the time the Promotion is communicated. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific Promotion, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that Promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bb8ph Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each Promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• bb8ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate Promotions — including collusion, arbitrage, or use of automated software — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each Promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb8ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or using an account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with bb8ph games or services.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of criminally obtained funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with bb8ph's software, servers, or infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games and sports betting.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true identity or location.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bb8ph staff or other players.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account limitations or bans.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bb8ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audio — is owned by or licensed to bb8ph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bb8ph. Unauthorized use of bb8ph intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bb8ph, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or gaming funds resulting from technical failures, network outages, or service interruptions beyond bb8ph's reasonable control.
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your bb8ph login credentials.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, in processing transactions.

bb8ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits you made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

bb8ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your bb8ph account settings at any time.

By using bb8ph, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income.
• You are responsible for monitoring your own gambling behavior.
• bb8ph has the right — and in some circumstances the obligation — to restrict, suspend, or close your account if it reasonably believes you are exhibiting signs of problem gambling.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bb8ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against bb8ph by your payment provider.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Regulatory requirement or direction by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account termination for cause, bb8ph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing on your part, your verifiable balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may voluntarily close your bb8ph account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any eligible balance will be returned after standard withdrawal processing.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the bb8ph Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact bb8ph through official support channels and allow bb8ph a reasonable period of no less than thirty (30) days to attempt resolution of the dispute in good faith.

bb8ph's operations are subject to oversight by PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bb8ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bb8ph will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email. Your continued use of the bb8ph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact bb8ph support before the effective date of the change.
